Accounts Payable/ Creditors Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for managing accounts payable processes? Our client is seeking a skilled Creditors Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, preparing monthly creditor reconciliations, and building strong relationships with our suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable Management: Manage the accounts payable function to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Payment Processing: Handle payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain organized records for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Reporting and Month-End Processes: Assist with monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric or relevant financial qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger data management
