Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end reporting processes and variance analysis
- Prepare reconciliations for debtors and creditors
- Manage work-in-progress (WIP) reporting
- Prepare and analyze income statements
- Conduct budget vs. actual analysis for strategic decision-making
