What You’ll Be Doing:

As the right-hand to the Finance Manager, you’ll be essential in keeping the financial engine running smoothly. Your role will blend day-to-day operations with strategic oversight, including:

• Managing the general ledger for the manufacturing division (Sage)

• Preparing monthly management accounts & working capital forecasts

• Budget planning, financial commentary, and cost variance reporting

• VAT, PAYE submissions, and oversight of supplier payments

• Banking and FX transactions

• Stock control and onsite material tracking

• Supporting audits and project cost modelling

• Reconciling AP, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts

• Driving process improvement and financial controls

What We’re Looking For:

• BCom Accounting or CIMA qualification (minimum)

• 3–5 years’ experience in management accounting

• Strong Sage + Excel skills (SAGEX3 a bonus)

• Experience in cost control, manufacturing, and project-based finance

• A proactive problem-solver who’s confident working independently

• Excellent communicator, with a sharp analytical edge

• CRM knowledge advantageous
